The Public Disclosure Commission requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name and mailing address for any contribution over $25, as well as occupation, employer and employer's city for individuals whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle.

While no contribution is too small in a grassroots campaign such as this, we will not accept any contribution larger than $100. In addition, we may not accept contributions to the campaign from:

• the general treasury funds of corporations, labor organizations or national banks (including corporate or other business entity credit cards);
• monetary contributions from political, business, or union organizations
• any person contributing another person's funds;
• foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status; and
• government contractors.

The online contribution page has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. The online contribution page is hosted on a secure server.

We log IP addresses, or the location of your computer or network on the Internet, for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We also use IP addresses in the aggregate to track which pages people visit in order to improve the quality of the site. We do not use this data to develop profiles of individual visitors to our website. There is no personally identifiable information collected in our log files.
